Refund Policy

Last updated 13 August 2026

We want you to only pay for videos you actually want. This policy explains when you can get your money back and how to ask.

Try it before you pay

You do not need to pay to find out whether onrepeat.mov works for your show. Generating a video is free and always has been — you can watch the finished result in full before spending anything. A credit is only spent when you download a video without the watermark.

Unused credits

If you change your mind, we will refund any credits you have bought and not yet spent, in full, for 30 days after purchase. No explanation needed.

Spent credits

A credit is spent when you download a watermark-free video, at which point you have the file. Those credits are not normally refundable. That said, if something went wrong — the video was broken, the wrong tracks were used, the export failed — contact us and we will refund the credit or replace it. We would rather fix it than argue about it.

Subscriptions

Failed renders

If a video fails to render, you are not charged. Credits are only spent on a successful watermark-free download, so there is nothing to refund.

Statutory rights

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. Because credits are digital content supplied immediately, that right ends once you spend a credit — but it applies in full to credits you have not spent, and this policy is more generous than the minimum in any case. Nothing here affects rights you have under the consumer law of your country.

How to request a refund

Purchases are processed by our reseller Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the merchant of record and issues refunds.

We aim to answer within 3 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method; how quickly it appears is up to your bank, typically within 5–10 business days.
