Privacy Policy

onrepeat.mov is run by Roni Fialkow, based in Israel. This policy describes exactly what the Service collects and who it is shared with. It is deliberately specific rather than generic — if something below is not listed, we don’t collect it.

What we collect

• Your email address, if you sign in with Google. That is the only thing we take from Google — we don’t receive your password, contacts, or anything else in your Google account.
• A random browser identifier. Every visitor gets a random string stored in a cookie. It identifies the browser, not the person, and it is what lets you get back to a video you generated. It is not linked to your email in our usage statistics.
• What you type into the tool — the tracklist, show name and episode name — and any logo image you upload.
• The videos generated for you, along with the artwork, audio previews and video clips downloaded to build them.
• Your credit history, if you buy or redeem credits: your email address, how many credits were added or spent, and which video each spend relates to.
• Basic usage statistics: pages visited, videos started and downloaded, how long a render took, and what it cost us to run. Recorded against the random browser identifier, not your email.
• Your IP address, used only to enforce the daily limit on free videos. It is held in the server’s memory and is not written to disk or retained after the server restarts.

We do not collect your name, address, phone number, date of birth, or payment card details. We do not buy data about you, and we do not build advertising profiles.

Cookies

One cookie, used to keep you signed in and to remember which videos are yours. There are no analytics, advertising or third-party tracking cookies, which is why you are not being asked to dismiss a cookie banner.

Who your information is shared with

• Google — only if you choose to sign in. Google tells us your verified email address.
• Paddle.com Market Ltd — our payment reseller and merchant of record. If you buy something, Paddle collects and processes your payment details under its own privacy policy. We only ever learn that a payment succeeded and which account to credit.
• Music catalogue services — to find artwork, previews and video for your tracks, we send artist and track names (not anything identifying you) to the Apple iTunes Search API, Deezer, MusicBrainz and the Cover Art Archive.
• Railway, our hosting provider, which stores the data on our behalf.
• Anthropic — used only for operator-run curation of our own show. Videos generated by ordinary users of the Service make no AI API calls at all, so your tracklist is not sent to any AI provider.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone else except where we are legally required to.

How long we keep it

• Videos and their working files: 7 days, then deleted automatically. Download anything you want to keep.
• Credit history: kept while your account exists and for as long as we are required to retain financial records afterwards. It is the record of what you paid for.
• Usage statistics: kept indefinitely in pseudonymous form.
• IP addresses: not stored — held in memory for at most 24 hours to enforce the free limit.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or stop processing it. If you are in the EU, UK or another region with equivalent law, these are legal rights and we will honour them within one month.

Note that deleting your account also deletes your credit balance, and we cannot restore it afterwards — tell us if you would rather be refunded first. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

Traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. We never handle card details. That said, this is a small independently run service and no system is perfectly secure — please don’t upload anything sensitive to it.

Children

The Service isn’t intended for anyone under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
